Belmonte, the City Vice Mayor, Honorable Gian G. Sotto, and the Honorable Members of the 22nd City Council to the bereaved family of the late Dra. Esperanza Anita N. Escaño-Arias, Officer-in-Charge, Quezon City Health Department.
