Abstract

A resolution authorizing the issuance of a Certificate of Exception to Silver Legacy Resources Corporation, as represented by Edmund T. Tang, for the Proposed Three (3)-Storey Warehouse Building with Three (3)-Level Mezzanine Floors and Utility Deck, covering a total floor area of Seven Thousand Six Hundred Fifty-Nine and 55/100 Square Meters(7,659.55) located at Lot 1, Block 6, (No. 15) Baler Street, Barangay San Antonio, District I, Quezon City, allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016.
