Abstract

An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of a Socialized Housing Project (BP Blg. 220) with twenty-one (21) lots, Community Mortgage Program, containing an area of one thousand one hundred seventy-one (1,171) square meters, covered by transfer certificate of title numbered RT-53966 of registry deeds of Quezon City, located at lot 2, Block 8, PCS-2874, Presidential Street, Barangay Batasan Hills, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by the Sitio 6 Homeowners Association, Inc., subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa BLG. 220.
