An ordinance approving the Subdivision Plan of Ayala Hillside Estates Phase II, with twenty nine (29) Saleable Lots, located at Old Balara, Quezon City and Covered by Transfer Certificates of title Nos. RT-119074, 119075, 119073, 119072, 119090 and N-150438 of the registry of deeds of Quezon City, registered in the name of Capitol Hills Golf and Country Club, Inc., subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93.
