Abstract
An ordinance authorizing the City Mayor, Honorable Feliciano R. Belmonte, Jr., to acquire by purchase or by expropriation proceedings that portion of a parcel of land with an area of fifteen (15) square meters, situated in Barangay San Isidro Galas, Quezon City, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title Numbered N-225762 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City registered in the name of Alegar Corporation to be used as a road right-of-way (alley) for the residents of Don Benito Street, and appropriating the necessary funds for the purpose.
