Abstract
The Quezon City Public Library and School Division Office presented
the winners on the “Design and Build an LFL Contest”, March 25, 2019 during
the flag ceremony at Quezon City Hall.
The contest was conducted from April 2018-February 2019 with the
judges from one school to another.
