Abstract

A resolution authorizing the City Mayor, Honorable Ma. Josefina G. Belmonte, to acquire through a negotiated sale and to execute a Deed of Absolute Sale for the purchase of a parcel of land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. (74443) 004-2023007866 registered under the name of Willie P. Ong, with an area of 1,130 square meters, more or less, located at Belen Street, Barangay Gulod, Novaliches, District V, Quezon City, intended for the development of a socialized housing project for the benefit of the Quezon City's Informal Settler Families (ISFs).
