Abstract

An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of a Socialized Housing Project with twenty (20) lots, Community Mortgage Program, containing an area of nine hundred twenty nine (929) square meters, covered by transfer certificates of title numbered N-185976 and N-185977 of the registry of deeds of Quezon City, and located at lots 143 and 144, FLS-2696-D, Mayang Pula St., Sitio Aguardiente, Barangay Sta. Monica, Novaliches, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by the Mayang Pula Homeowners Association, Inc. Phase IV (Paglinawan Property), as a Variance Pursuant to Section 9, Rule III of the Implementing Rules, Standards and Regulations of Batas Pambansa BLG. 220.
