Abstract
Prohibiting the formation or organization of notorious gangs like the "Bahala na", Sigue-Sigue", "Oxo", "Sputnik", and others of similar character, and use or sporting of tatoo by members thereof for the perpetuation of notorious or nefarious acts, and providing penalties therefor.
