A resolution authorizing the issuance of a Special Use Permit to Unioil Petroleum Philippines, Inc./Kenneth Renzie C. Pundanera for the Proposed Gasoline Station with One (1)-Storey Commercial Building and Service Bay - NTI Unioil Del Monte, located at Lots 20 and 22, Block 482, Del Monte Avenue, Barangay Talayan, District I, Quezon City, allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016.
