Abstract

An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of Perra Crest townhomes, residential townhouses with 17 (17) units, containing an aggregate area of two thousand seven hundred fifty-four (2,754) square meters, covered by transfer certificate numbered N-211883 and N-210960 of the registry of deeds of Quezon City, registered in the name of Perra Estate corporation and Istoro J. Perez, and located at lot 630-C, PSD-04-002474 and lot 631-E-4 (LRC) PSD57461, Dona Sotera st. Pillarville subdivision, Barangay Tandang Sora, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by perra estate corporation, subject to the conditions prescribed under PD 957 and Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93.
