Abstract

An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of a residential housing project (BP Blg. 220) with 22 lots, community mortgage program, containing an area of eight hundred twenty-seven square meters (827 SQ.M.), covered by the transfer certificate of title no. 114326of the registry of deeds of Quezon City, registered in the name of Biyaya Corp., and located at lot 14, block 24, (LRC) PSD-8707, maligaya park subdivision, Barangay Pasong Putik, Novaliches, Quezon City, as applied for by the samahang sariling sikap homeowners association, Inc., subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City ordinance no. SP-56, S-93 and batas pambansa Blg. 220.
