dc.description.abstractForty (40) participants of the training-workshop entitled “Lingkod: Providing a Service-Based Platform for Female Small-Medium Entrepreneurs’ (SME) ICT Literacy Education in the Philippines” which was conducted by the Asia Pacific Women’s International Network Center (APWINC) in partnership with the National Library of the Philippines, and in coordination with the Association of Librarians in Public Sector were attended by two QCLIC personnel, Ms. Janet B. Alday and Ms. Angeli M. Mariano. Altogether there were four (4) Korean nationals, thirty six (36) public librarians and different entrepreneurs.en_US
