Abstract

An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of Gatchalian Ville Homeowners Association, Inc., with twenty seven (27) saleable lots located at Lots 233, FLS-2696, Luisito Street, Barangay Gulod, Novaliches, Quezon City, registered in the name of Ms. Rowena A. Gatchalian covered by transfer certificate of title number RT-116637 (152812) of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, Containing an area of nine hundred twenty (920) square meters, as applied for and represented by its HOA President, Ms. Imelda Granado, as a variance pursuant to section 9, rule III of the implementing standards, rules and regulations of Batas Pambansa Bilang 220.
