Abstract

A resolution amending Resolution No. SP- 6514, S-2015, entitled "A resolution authorizing the City Mayor, Honorable Herbert M. Bautista, to purchase six (6) units of motor vehicles in the amount of Three Million Six Hundred Thirty One Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (PHP3,631,500.00) intended for the monitoring of programs and projects of the Office of Councilor Gian Carlo G. Sotto, to be charged against the available funds of the same Office" as to effectively change part of the title from the phrase "to be charged against the available funds of the same Office to" XXX "to be charged against the unexpended appropriation for motor vehicle in 2012 of the same Office" and to donate four (4) motor vehicles thereof to four (4) barangays in District III and the remaining two (2) motor vehicles for official use of the Office of Councilor Gian Carlo G. Sotto.
