Abstract

A resolution amending Quezon City Resolution No. SP-9905, S-2024 entitled "A Resolution Authorizing the Issuance of a Certificate of Exception to Sps. Aesopo Cruz and Grace Cruz for As-Built: 10 Units/5-Storey Residential Building with Commercial Space (44.34 square meters) located at Lot 14, Block 9, BSD-22069, Cabalata Street, Barangay Tatalon, District IV, Quezon City, allowing Deviation provided under Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Quezon City Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016," by changing the 10 Units/5-Storey Residential Building with Commercial Space to 11 Units/Six (6)-Storey Residential Building with Commercial Space.
