| dc.description.abstract | We all have “milestones” in our lives that mark the significant events that come our way on our journey as travelers in this world. For the past years, the Quezon City Library and Information Center has been very determined to provide the best library service to the people of Quezon City congruent to the determination of the city administration and city officials to be the best city it could be. There was thorough brainstorming by the library management so as to provide innovative, modern and highly technological library services to its clientele.
