Sotto, and the Honorable Members of the 23rd Quezon City Council to Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary Ricardo Vidal Jr. of Barangay Commonwealth, District II, Quezon City for being chosen to participate in the 2025 YSEALI Academic Fellows Program on Civic Engagement Spring Cohort held at University of Nebraska, Omaha, U.S.A. from April 17 to May 23, 2025.
