PROMOTING RIGHT TO INFORMATION AND TRANSPARENCY IN THE PUBLIC SERVICE

Abstract

Last September 13, 2019, the seminar entitled Freedom of Information: Promoting Right to Information and Transparency in the Public Service was attended by the Quezon City Public Library’s (QCPL) administrators, District Coordinators, Library-in-charge, librarians and representatives from Public Affairs and Information Services Department (PAISD). The said event was in partnership with the Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) and was initiated by the Reference Section of the QCPL- Main Library
