A Resolution authorizing the Issuance of A Certificate of Exception to Hard Discount Philippines, Inc. for the construction and operation of the proposed one (1)-Storey Commercial Building (Dal Everyday Grocery), covering a total floor area of two hundred twenty-nine and 27/100 square meters (229.27sqm.) and located at Lot 43, Block 1, Commonwealth Avenue and Adrian Street, Barangay North Fairview, District V, Quezon City allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016
