Abstract

A resolution authorizing the issuance of a Certificate of Exception to Dragon Ice Plant, represented by Mr. Aljon Cargo Villadores, for the construction and operation of a Proposed 2-Storey Ice Manufacturing Plant and 1-Storey Staff Quarters, covering a total floor area of 438.8 square meters, located at Lot 369-A-3-A, (No. 9) Polaris Street, Barangay Tandang Sora, District VI, Quezon City, allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Quezon City Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016.
