Abstract
An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of a residential Housing project (BP BLG. 220) with 29 lots, community mortgage program, containing an area eight hundred (800) square meters covered by transfer certificate of title No. 35556 and 76611 of the registry deeds of Quezon City, registered in the name of Ledroldo L. Asibal and Nelson G. Asaytono, respectively, and located at Upper Banlaf Barangay Tandang Sora, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for Maharlika Hills homeowners association Inc., represented by Ms. Matilde V. Montanches, Subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon city ordinance no. SP-56, S-93.
