Abstract

An ordinance regulating the use and/or operation of cellular phones, pagers and/or beepers, pointer and/or laser lights, portable radios, and other similar electronic devices that emit and/or perform distractive sounds, while inside or in attendance to, Courts of Law, Legislative Assemblies, Schools and Universities of all levels, Public Libraries, in Movie Houses, Theaters, Television Studios, Churches and other places of worship, within the territorial jurisdiction of Quezon City, providing penalties for the violation thereof, and for other purpose(s).
