A resolution renewing the Special Permit of Belaggio Amusement Games and Arcade Park Corporation, to operate an Electronic Bingo (E-Bingo) Games and Instawin Establishment located at Upper Basement, Fishermall, Roosevelt Avenue corner Quezon Avenue, Barangay Sta. Cruz, District I, Quezon City, subject to the rules and regulations promulgated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
