An ordinance approving the Subdivision Plan of a two-storey townhouse project with twenty-four (24) Lots, containing an area of one thousand six hundred forty six square meters (1,646 SQ.M.) covered by Transfer Certificates of Title Numbered 115700, 115701, 115702, 115703, 115704, 115705, 115706, 115707, N-148316, N-148318 and N-141933 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, registered in the name of Travelers Insurance & Surety Corporation, and located at Zion St., Phase II, North Olympus Subdivision, Barangay Kaligayahan, Novaliches, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by Sequoia Properties Corporation, with office address at 1-D Classica Manor Condo, Araullo St., San Juan, Metro Manila, subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and PD 957.
