Abstract

An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of a socialized housing project (BP Blg. 220) with Two Hundred four (204) lots, Community Mortgage Program, containing an area of Eleven thousand one hundred eighty three (11,183) square meters, covered by transfer certificate of title numbered RT-118176, RT-100676, RT-111039, RT-29182, RT-46416, 121866, 90855, RT-11505, 53060, 83472, N-185712 and N-185711 of registry deeds of Quezon City and located at Sitio Lunduyan, Talanay area, Barangay Batasan Hills, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by the Lunduyan Homeowners Association, Inc., subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa BLG. 220.
