Abstract
The Quezon City Public Library has become the staple of public libraries
in the Philippines thus receiving numerous benchmarking request from local visitors and even foreign guests. Three library personnel from the Royal University of
Bhutan arrived at the QCPL on December 20, 2018 for institutional study visit.
