Abstract
An ordinance providing the subdivision plan of a residential housing project (BP Blg. 220) with 10-lots, community mortgage program, covered by transfer certificate of title no. 55534 of the registry of deeds of Quezon City, registered in the name of Norma T Dominguez, and located at lot no. 147, FLS -2696-D, Ibong Pilak street, Barangay Sta. Monica, Novaliches Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by the samahang magkakapitbahay ng Sitio Aguardiente area-6 homeowners association, Inc., represented by ms. Lilia R. Parma, subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa Blg. 220.
