Abstract

A resolution authorizing the issuance of a Certificate of Exception to Lucky Triple Seven Ventures/Gemma Ng Uy, for the operation of a 4-Storey Dormitory (54 Rooms) Building with Commercial Area (207.13 sqm) (As Built) located at Lots (LRA) PCN-E2018000033 and 22 (Parking Lot), Block 41, No. 106 8th Avenue, Barangay Socorro, District III, Quezon City, allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016.
