Abstract

A resolution authorizing the issuance of a Certificate of Exception to Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church of Christ)/Glicerio P. Santos IV, for the construction and operation of As-Built: Five (5)-32 Units/ 5-storey Residence with Ground Floor Parking located at Lot 2 and Lot 690-B-2-E-3, Allan Bean Street, Barangay Culiat, District VI, Quezon City, allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Quezon City Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016.
