Granting amusement tax exemption to the Philippine national red cross, Quezon city chapter, for the film showing of "KUNG KAILANGAN MO AKO" and "MANILA BOY" in all SM cinemas for the donation of its showing anytime from June 09,1993 to July 14,1993, as provided for under section 192 of R.A 7160, the local government code of 1991.
