Abstract

An Ordinance declaring a property forfeited in favor of the Quezon City Government, through an auction sale, identified as lot 1, block 1, (LRC) PSD-70489, covered by transfer certificate of title (TCT) No. 122093, previously owned by Jesus Lagman, containing an area of more or less one thousand one hundred sixty onine (1,169) square meters located in barangay Sta. Lucia Quezon City, as a socialized housing site, for the benifit of the City's qualified informal settler families (ISFs)
