Abstract
Executive Director of Molave Development Foundation, Dr. Angelo Juan O. Ramos gave an overview
of the seminar/workshop. They have been partnered with the National Library of the Philippines
(NLP) for four (4) years, under Beyond Access. Their own perspective is that few are coming to the
library so, they look for ways for it to become more relevant around the Philippines like that of modern public library services.
