Abstract

An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of an Economic Housing Project (BP Blg. 220) with eight (8) lots, containing an area of five hundred forty-eight (548) square meters, covered by transfer certificate of title numbered 85681, 85682, 85683 and 85684 of registry deeds of Quezon City, registered in the name of Spouses Benjamin A. Tango and Nena F. Tango, located at lots 7, 8, 9, and 10, PCS-007404-004421 D. Esmeralda Street, Pangilinan Compound, Barangay Tandang Sora, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by the owner, subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa BLG. 220.
