Abstract

An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of a Socialized Residential Housing Project (BP Blg. 220) with thirty-four (34) lots; Community Mortgage Program, containing an area of one thousand five hundred thirty-three square meters (1,533 SQ.M.) covered by transfer certificate of title no. RT-33243 (157231) of the registry of deeds of Quezon City, and located at lot 7 BLK 53 (LRC) PCS-8124, Mustang St., Fairview Park Subdivision, Brgy. Fairview, Quezon City, Metro Manila, and applied for by the Lunduyan ng Pagkakaisa ng Maralita sa Mustang St. Homeowners Association, Inc., subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa BLG. 220.
