Belmonte, the Business Permits and Licensing Department, the Department of the Building Official the City Assesor's Department, the Small Business and Cooperatives Development and Promotions Office, the City Treasurer's Office, and the Local Economic Development and Investment Promotions Office for their significant contributions in making Quezon City a Hall of Famer as the Most Business-Friendly City among highly urbanized cities in the National Capital Region
