| dc.description.abstract | he Quezon City Public Library received a letter from Hon. Vicente Honorio Concordia Llamas V, Barangay Captain of Brgy. Proj. 6 asking for assistance in regards with the mini-library they want to put up. As per instruction of the City Librarian, Ms. Emelita L. Villanueva, the QCPL’s Technical Services Division immediately responded to their request and conducted an ocular inspection to determine if the place intended for the library is suitable.
