An ordinanace of approving the subdivision plan of a socialized housing project (BP Blg. 220) with Twenty-five (25) lots, community mortgage program, containing an area of two thousand three hundred fifty-four (2,354) square meters, covered by transfer certificate of title numbered 59125 of the registry of deeds of Quezon City, registered in the name of Jimmy T. Gan (vendor), and located at lot 112, FLS-2696-D, Kilyawan street, Sitio AguardienteBarangay Sta. Monica, Novaliches, Quezon City, Metro Manilam as applied for by the homeowners association, Inc. (Vendee), subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Batas pambansa Blg.220.
