Abstract

An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of a Socialized Housing Project with twenty-four (24) lots, Community Mortgage Program, containing an area of one thousand forty (1,040) square meters, covered by transfer certificate of title numbered RT-75309 (329512) of the registry of deeds of Quezon City, and located at lot 154, FLS-2696-D, Pugong Guinto St., Sitio Aguardiente, Barangay Sta. Monica, Novaliches, Quezon City, Metro Manila, and applied for by the Samahang Magkakapitbahay Area VI Sitio Aguardiente Homeowners Association, Inc. (Solomon-Bulos Property), as a Variance Pursuant to Section 9, Rule III of the Implementing Rules, Standards and Regulations of Batas Pambansa BLG. 220.
