A Resolution Expressing the utmost gratitude and extend the sincerest commendation of the Quezon City Government to Honorable Noe Lorenzo Bautisa Dela Fuent III, as Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson of Barangay Nayong Kanluran, District I, Quezon City, and as Ex-Officio City Councilor by being the President of the Federasyon ng Sangguniang Kabataan ng Lungsod Quezon, and as Chairperson of the Committee on Youth and Sports of the 21st and 22nd Quezon City Council from May 14, 2018 until February 23, 2023
