An ordinance accrediting the Eighty Three (83) Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and People's Organizations (POs) pursuant to the Republic Act No. 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991, and its implementing rules and regulations, in relation to the Memorandum Circular No. 2016-97 of the Department of the Interior and Local Government.
