Abstract

A resolution authorizing the City to renew the lease of a 1,000-square-meter portion of a 30,003-square-meter property located in Barangay Payatas, Quezon City, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 49623, to Children’s Mission Philippines Hills of Grace Foundation, Inc. for the operation of a school at an annual lease rate of One Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (Php120,000.00) with a five percent (5%) annual escalation, and authorizing the City Mayor, Honorable Ma. Josefina G. Belmonte, to finalize the terms and execute the Lease Agreement and all relevant documents thereof.
