Abstract
An Ordinance requiring Barangays to actively participate in a mandatory disaster risk seminar in Quezon City and to train Barangay chosen personnel in actual rescue operations and disaster preparedness through the Quezon City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (QCDRRMO).
