Abstract
An ordinance approving the Subdivision Plan of the Maryanne Residences with Thirty Nine (39) Lots, located at Lot 553-New-B-2, (LRC) PSD-3769, Richard II Subdivision, Barangay Sauyo, Quezon City, Metro Manila, registered in the name of Multiland Homes Real Estate Corporation, and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title Number 004-2014011493 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, consisting of an area of Three Thousand (3,000) square meters, as represented by Mr. Benito M. Certeza, with office address at Block 1, Lot 1, Montville Place, Marvex Drive, A. Bonifacio Avenue, Balintawak, Quezon City, in compliance with the minimum requirements of the Implementing Standards, Rules and Regulations of Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Presidential Decree No. 957.
