A resolution authorizing the issuance of a Certificate of Exception as to Land Use to Civic Merchandising, Inc., as represented by Anthony L. Ngo, for As Built: Two (2) 2-Storey Container Van Storage, 1-Storey Workbay, 1-Storey Office Building and Proposed 1-Storey Warehouse Building with Mezzanine located at Lot 5-A, (No. 306) Pablo Dela Cruz Street, Barangay San Bartolome, District V, Quezon City, allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Quezon City Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016.
