Abstract

An Ordinance Requiring any Person, Association or Party who will be Undertaking Medical, Dental and Other Health Missions within the Territorial Jurisdiction of Quezon City to Properly inform the Chief of the Quezon City Health Department and Coordinate such Undertaking with said Department which shall exercise Supervision over the same.
