A Resolution authorizing the issuance of a Certificate of Exception as to Land Use and Parking requirements to Pure Harvest VEG Corp., as represented by Jumil Ricardo, for as built: 1-Storey Office Building with Storage and Kitchen (Office 1 and 2), 1-Storey Office Building (Office3), 2-Storey Office Building (Office 4 and 5), 1-Storey Powerhouse, and 11 Container Warehouses (Processing of Food Products and Wholesaler of Vegetables) located at Lot 10, Block 3, Roses Street, Barangay Fairview, District V, Quezon City, allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Quezon City Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016
