Ordinance prohibiting persons below twenty-one years old from entering and for the operators from allowing such persons to enter night clubs or bars or other night spots in Quezon City which employ hostesses or taxi dancers during the business hours of said night clubs or bars or night spots, and providing penalties for violation therefor.
