Abstract
The QCLIC organizing team headed by Ms. Mariza G. Chico of Outreach Services, Ms.
Manica Cortes, Head of Technical Services and Puppeteers headed by Ms. Marlyn Bautista
were once again invited by Mayor Rodelo Tena of the Municipality of Jomalig, Province of
Quezon in their annual "Ngindayog Teybolan Festival". Unfortunately, the City Librarian Ms.
Emelita Villanueva was not able to go with the group because of prior commitment.
