Varilla for the Proposed One (1) Unit/Two (2)-Storey Residential and Commercial Building with Roof Deck (590.4 square meters) located at lot 594-H-2, (No. 108) Damong Maliit Street, Barangay Nagkaisang Nayon, District V, Quezon City, allowing deviation provided under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Quezon City Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016.
